predicted protein and sequence
Dear all, I have a list of peptide and I want to see the position of the peptide relative to the gene in the genome. Whether this peptide map to the gene completely or partially or it map to intron or in a different frame

You can use BLAST for this. You'll need tblastx if you're going from protein to DNA though.
