RNA seq analysis; two samples
Does anyone have recommendations for packages or guidance for bulk RNA seq analysis for two samples? The gene expression profiles of the two will be compared.
There are no experimental replicates but the RNA comes from sorted cells that are pooled together from multiple animals. I believe the only model that would generate a p-value is the Poisson using Wald statistics.

Check the EdgeR documentation for no replicates cases.

Please use the search function and google for advice on experiments without replicates. There are literally dozens of threads on this. Also check the manuals of the established tools, most have a section that covers it.
