What is a non-functional MTI (miRNA Target Interaction) ?
Hi
I am using miRTarBase to look at miRNA targeting. http://mirtarbase.cuhk.edu.cn/php/detail.php?mirtid=MIRT000159#evidence
they classify the experimental support into Functional MTI and non-Functional MTI
Can anyone explain the difference please?
