How to get PPI result quickly using bisogenet in Cytoscape?
Hello. I would like to construct PPI analysis using bisogenet in Cytoscape3.7.2, but it took a long time to get the result. When I import more than 100 protein targets (more than 5,000 nodes), I could not get the result even after 24 hours.

Use HIPPIE database (http://cbdm-01.zdv.uni-mainz.de/~mschaefer/hippie/) for PPI interaction, Or string. First, mapped Gene ID with these database and then upload table into Cytoscape. Further, you can do whatever you want.
