Variant annotation with Vtools (Variant tools)

Hi,

I would like to annotate a list of variants with Vtools. I have a problem with importing variants, because I only have a list of variants with fields CHR POS ALT REF. This is because I need to annotate my variants in general, not for a specific sample. I tried importing the variants via CSV format (beacuse I don't have a VCF file), however I get an error "no such column: HDF5". Additional requirement for annotation is to use dbNSFP.
