cerebral installation problem

I downloaded cerebral2.8.2.jar and prefuse.jar and copy them to apps directory of cytoscape. I reopened the cytoscape but there is no cerebral tab in cytoscape control panel. I dont know how correctly install the cerebral?

Greetings, Cerebral only works with Cytoscape 2, and was never ported to the newer versions of Cytoscape. What features of Cerebral were you interested in exploring -- there might be other apps that could provide similar functionality.

thank u for your answer. I am going to separate my nodes as cellular parts in cytoscape or gephi. is there another app to do that for me?
