KEGG pathway enrichment analysis for wheat and barley
Hi guys! I met a problem about how to do KEGG pathway enrichemnt analysis for wheat and barley. The KEGG website doesn't have two plant species annotation file. I don't know where to find simliar resource. or should I run electrionic annotion using blastx or some tools to do these.Any ideals? Thank you !

I know kegg has the japanese rice genome: https://www.genome.jp/dbget-bin/www_bget?gn:T01015 and also a wheat relative: https://www.genome.jp/dbget-bin/www_bget?gn:T04345

I don't know how to do a KEGG pathway enrichment. But I know you could do GO enrichment analysis on with agrigo (http://systemsbiology.cau.edu.cn/agriGOv2/index.php)
