how to explain the fish miRNA target gene pathway enrichment result which many of pathway reflect on human diseases?

hi, there I just gained fish miRNA target genes according to targets prediction tools. after I use the KEGG annotation for pathway enrichment, I found many enrichment pathway were about human diseases like Bladder cancer, Thyroid cancer, Cocaine addiction, Primary immunodeficiency,Parkinson's disease,Alcoholism etc. what should I explain these result? shoud I avoid this result and pick out some pathway which relate fish species to exposit?
