Mfuzz for time series analysis

Hi, I have done a time series analysis using the Mfuzz software, but I don't know what is the y-axis means,....it said "expression change", so if it the foldchange for my raw data or what....? Thank you!!

Hi, have you got any answer about it? I just encounter the same question, and I think it's z-score or something, but I'm not sure.

Hi!!!! What coincidence! Have you got any idea about it? I think it's z-score, but I don't know why every gene cluster has the same z-score... So I'm not sure.
