Gene expression profile analysis

Dear all, I want to draw a graph like the attached picture, the axis is the several timepoint used for RNA sequencing, I want to draw all the genes expression profile cluster to find the genes that have same expression profile. Could you please tell me which software can help realize that? Thank you!: 😊
