Hello Dear Everybody,

I am analyzing the structural diversity of particular segment like a type of LTR-Retrotransposon. I have 5 sequence per type of LTR retrotransposon. Now in each sequence, I have identified and annotate several structural motifs like LTR, RTgene, RH etc. Now I want to draw a line graph showing each motif linearly but when I will combine the 5 sequence I want to show the structural diversity as a line graph proportional to sequence motif diversity. For example If I make it more clear most of the diversity comes from the LTR region and I want to show this in line graph.

How can draw this picture??
