Galaxy Quality Trimmer
Hello, I need to trim my a dataset in the following way : "Run the Galaxy FASTQ Quality Trimmer tool on the groomed data to trim the data with a sliding window of 4 bases. Trim the reads until the average quality score of the window is greater than 30." In Galaxy, I go to FASTA/FASTQ - FASTQ Trimmer by column (Galaxy Version 1.1.1), Define Base Offsets as: Use Absolute for fixed length reads (Illumina, SOLiD)."
What settings do I need to change in the Quality Trimmer? Thx,
