I'm looking for a dataset containing tRNA expression in humans. But so far my search has not turned up anything useful, which is surprising, because tRNA is a rather well-known molecule.

I have found this paper which gives tRNA expression levels as a comparison to brain tRNA levels, but this does not allow me to compare different tRNAs with each other.

Ideally I would have a table that lists each tRNA, it's codons and the abundance/expression of that tRNA.

I know that tRNA levels vary across tissues. Ideally I would like tRNA expression in germline cells, but other cell types might also work as an approximation.
