Suggestion for uploading of NGS data and genome assembly

Dear all,

We have developed two genome assemblies using PacBio SMRT, Oxford nanopore, and Illumina sequence data. Now we need to upload the raw data and the genome assemblies to NCBI. However, I have not done this before. I tried the submission guideline but I am a bit confused about the GEO, Bio project and SRA. Can you please suggest me what is the best way to do it?
