Participants in this challenge will assess variant calling pipeline performance on a common frame of reference consisting of difficult to map regions, segmental duplications, and the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC). Illumina, PacBio HiFi, and Oxford Nanopore sequencing datasets are available for this challenge.
