Is there virus specific genetic code available?
Hello All, I want to know viruses specific genetic codes, if there, what are all the major differences between eukaryotic and virus genetic codes. Then, how viruses transcribe their genetic information. The basic difference between virus and eukaryotic genetic codes. Further, how viruses are generating non-coding RNA. Please share your knowledge.

Hello mathavanbioinfo!
We believe that this post does not fit the main topic of this site.
not related to bioinformatics. ask https://biology.stackexchange.com/ . Viruses use the host's translation machinery.
For this reason we have closed your question. This allows us to keep the site focused on the topics that the community can help with.
If you disagree please tell us why in a reply below, we'll be happy to talk about it.
Cheers!
I think a good textbook on molecular biology / genetics would be better than asking this at online communities.
hello, This question seems to be generalized, but my expectation about how viral genes expressed and patterns in it to transcribe. Further viral UTR and lncRNA are not explored much. This question may lead to an active discussion about viral genome and their transcriptome. Thank you!
True. Still, this is not the primary topic of this community, therefore we closed it. Feel free to discuss the topic in a community that is focused on molecular biology rather than bioinformatics.
