Hello everyone,

I am looking to the phased genotypes for hapmap data per population (like YRI, CEU, JPT...).

I know that the plink and hapmap format is available in the website ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/hapmap/. But, it is not phased and neither imputed.

If anyone knows the website offering the phased data or how to obtain the data from the panel, it will be of great helpful to let me know.
