Hello every one I downloaded "series matrix file" Microarray with Agilent platform, there are some issues: 1.how should i know that this is one color/channel or two channel? 2.how can i make this data normal and analysis it? I would be grateful if you help me

What is the GEO record number (begins with 'GSE')? - it will contain the information that you need.
