The question is unclear. Which (if any) of the following do you mean: "How can I find an academic institution where I can study for a PhD?", "I have a PhD. How do I find a tenure-track position?", "I have a PhD. How do I find an academic staff position?", "I have a PhD. How do I find a position with a company?"
Ah yes - I had assumed that they were interested in PhD positions but on reading the question again, I see that it could mean "I have a bioinformatics-related PhD". If the question is about jobs, this question should be closed as an exact duplicate.
