Thank you very much.
Hello,
Do you know where I can find datasets for multiple endpoints analysis? I want to apply the theory on multiple hypothesis testing on that case using R. I have found a built-in dataset mtept in R, but I was wondering if you know where i can find a dataset with more endpoints (say above 10).
Also, do you know where I can find any examples about using R in such datasets?
Thank you very much, Kami

If you want data used in clinical trial end point analysis, there are a bunch of data sets available at the National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive, and Kidney Diseases repository : https://www.niddkrepository.org/niddk/jsp/public/dataset.jsp I would guess there are other repositories like this.
And there are a whole bunch of studies registered at http://www.clinicaltrials.gov, if the primary data are not there, author contacts are listed.
