Using MAGMA to perform gene analysis for SNP TDT-values
Can I use Magma for carrying out gene-based analysis on TDT results (trio study design)? Eg, I have this .tdt file that has P-values for every SNP. I want to use this file to assign P-values to Genes instead.
Can MAGMA be used for this purpose?
