Hi everyone,

I want to check how some of my interesting genes are statistical significantly mutually exclusive expressed in BRCA-TCGA expression data. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks

The easiest way is to run Correlation Test for each pair of genes. But there maybe some limitations.

I'm not sure I understand the question, but have you tried using rMATS? (Detection of splice variants ex. mutually exclusive exons)

rMATS is for detect differential alternative splicing events.
