Association between SNP and production traits.
Hello All, I have single SNP genotyping data and production records of cattle (lactation record for different parity). Please let me know about the statistical analysis to find association between SNP and these traits. Thanks and regards

Hello Sir, Previously, I wanted to to Genome wide association analysis but now I targeted a single SNP. I did PCR-RFLP. I have genotyping data along with lactation records at different parity of cow. I have articles, in which researchers used mixed model analysis (Proc GLM SAS). Now, I would like to know about this analysis.
