Testing data for GATK4.1.2.0 Mutect2 creating Panel of Normals
Hi, I am trying to edit and test Metect2_pon.wdl scripts which offered by Broad Institute´s Github repo: gatk-workflows/gatk4-somatic-snvs-indels to create Panel of normals for somatic short variants calling.
However, I didn´t find any small testing normal bams for this. If someone knows where to find these testing bams, it will be really appreciated.
