is it okay to draw PIP interactions using down-regulated genes?,
Hi,
I got RNA seq data from the company. There are more down-regulated genes than up-regulated genes.
I generally thought in the paper that I use a series of upregulated gene to draw a string network (PIP interaction).
So is it okay to draw PIP interactions using down-regulated genes?
