Data analysis different sample sizes per month

Hi there

I would like to find out what test I would have perform to analyze my data, I have collected data such as the Date (12 months) Sample (varies with each month), samples positive for the pathogen. I w=have calculated the infection percent as a=the number postive/total number of samples per month. Since my sample size is not the same for each month how could i normalize/standardize my data so that i could compare positive percent per month.

sequence data analysis

Could you please post a subset of your dataset here. It will be complicated to answer without more information.

You also need to provide more details about what you're trying to do. Expressing counts as a fraction (i.e. percentage) already allows for comparisons and is a form of normalization.

thank you for your response! Please find attached link to picture of the dataset https://photos.app.goo.gl/jzWKSA2Lgv3se4es5

I have been screening blood and ticks samples for a specific pathogen over a period of six months and calculating the percent infection as the number of samples positive/total number of samples collected, as the number of samples collected each month varies, the percent reflected can be bias, i would like to know how could i standardize or normalize my data in order to compare infection percent across months.
