Why Pcr need for Dna sequencing?
I know PCR technique need for accuracy.
But in DNA sequencing preprocessing, the eliminating duplication read is processed.
I think duplication read is come from PCR. Then why we proceed PCR??? We will anyway eliminate it.
I think i am misunderstanding something....

There are PCR free library kits available. They may not be always available for every application but you can search for them.
