A way to read both the DNA fragment and the nascent RNA
Hey everyone I have been struggling with a problem. I need a technique that captures both the nascent RNA and the DNA fragment attached to an RNA pol 2. Does such a technique exist? Even in experimental state.
I know of ChRO seq and NET seq which ,if I am not mistaken, attach the RNA pols to the DNA like in Chip seq and pull down those RNA pols along with the nascent RNA on them and the DNA fragment. But they only read the RNA! Is there something that reads both the RNA and the DNA of the same pol at the same time?
