Predict frameshift mutation consequence tool - causing a premature stop codon downstream

As the title said, I have a frameshift mutation identified and for it I would like to see if it causes a premature stop codon downstream.

Is there any tools available or a way to work it out manually?

Much appreciated, thanks.

I do not know how much background you have towards bioinformatics, but if you only have one mutation you can simply replace add that mutation to the sequence and load it into e.g. Expasy Translate, and then see if a stop codon comes up or not.

You can import the WT gene and the gene which contain a frameshift on MEGA and translate prior to alignment to see if it brings a premature stop codon
