We are excited to share that we will be launching an online program to study genomics, including a review of common processing, analysis, and annotation tools to detect single and multi- nucleotide variations in DNA. The program will review sequencing methods, analysis tools and exemplar projects that will span cancer genomics, drug resistance in tuberculosis and others.

The program will run for 3 months with theoretical and practical lectures and hands-on sessions. The program is supported by Pine Biotech and will include a variety of resources freely available on the popular edu.t-bio.info website.
