Blog: Workshop recording from NYU Langone Medical Center on Machine Learning for Transcriptomics data

May 9-10, 2018 we organized a workshop on NGS data processing, exploration and machine learning for transcriptomics data at the NYU Langone Medical Center with Dr. Kasthuri Kannan. (https://edu.t-bio.info/may9-ml-nyu/)

The workshop was in 2 parts, part 1 covered rapid workflows on the T-BioInfo platform to process and prepare data for analysis and apply supervised and unsupervised machine learning to data.

The second part focused on R markdown and how to load, manipulate and explore data in meaningful ways using R
