3 month training program that will provide an in-depth overview of standard tools and data types when studying Next generation Sequencing (NGS) datasets in oncology, neuroscience and agriculture. Each week, participants will meet online to discuss various aspects of NGS analysis and interpretation and work on independent projects throughout this course.
