Need help with my EWAS studies

Hi all,

I am working with a set of bisulfite treated DNA-Seq data at the moment and I have question regarding an EWAS analysis.

Can you recommend any tool?
Do you use DMPs or DMRs for the analysis?
Can you recommend any publications?
Who is the most prominent researcher/influencer in that field within Europe (in your opinion)?
