What is an illumina technical sequence?
Hi all,
I am using trimmomatic and in their manual here they mention adapters and technical sequences.Could some one please tell me what is a technical sequence? I can not find info about this.

An adapter is a technical sequence. Adapter + Index + the 5' parts that bind to the flow cell = technical.
