Hi, does anyone here know whether there is a software/any tool to get the mitochondrial targeting sequence (MTS) of a protein? I only know MitoMiner 4.0 which contains some other softwares can predict the existence of MTS but does not give the sequence itself (or the position where it starts and ends). Thank you.
