After installing and querying the SRAmetadb it became apparent that what I downloaded is out of date (or missing some data). I used the below command to retrieve the db. Does anyone have an updated link? Is there a site where the current db is published and kept current?

wget -c https://starbuck1.s3.amazonaws.com/sradb/SRAmetadb.sqlite.gz && gunzip SRAmetadb.sqlite.gz
