How to analyze Geniom Biochips Microarray data
Dear all, I want to analyze a microarray data set which has been performed by Geniom Biochip arrays.
I am not familiar with this platform.
I read some paper in which PROP algorithm was suggested for the analysis of this type of data.
However I could not find any instructions.
I will appreciate any guide
