Dear all,

I am trying to work with COMODO (COnserved MODules across Organims) program.

I provide the inputs according to the sample files, but I receive this error message: the first microarray can not be read.

Since this program is not widely in use I am not sure if anyone in Biostar be familiar to work with it.

Any way I appreciate any help
