Hello, I am new to bioinformatics and I would like to find out whether it is possible to download fastq files from the European Nucleotide Archive based on certain attributes for the sample. For example, what I'm trying to accomplish is only download fastq files of the male participants of the study. I'm using enasearch but I can't seem to get it to access sample attribute data, if that is even possible. Advice is very appreciated!
