Inferring protein domains

Hi everyone!

There are a lot of similar posts, but I've not found answer to my question.

What is the easiest way to get mappings from all proteins in DIP dataset to lists of each protein domains? Are there any ready files or databases with such information (I mean fetching data without using BLAST, HMMER and so on)?

Thanks a lot in advance for any glues.

You mean like UniProt and GenBank? They have annotations of protein domains.
