I have the exome data of a family with 7 members, of which 2 are affected by a rare disease and 5 others are unaffected. 1 of the unaffected 5 is a Father. I don't have data from the Mother. I want to do a phasing study, is it possible in these circumstances? Also what else can I do with such data?
