Hello! I am trying to analyze my whole-exon sequencing data. I am now get both (.bam) files after running BWA and some (.vcf) files after running gatk. But now I need to check out some files' title added by BWA mem -R function, like PL, Library and so on. How can I do so with files I have? Please give me some advice. Thank you!
BTW will title added by BWA mem -R matter a lot? Or if I don't know the exact name of PL, Library... What can I do?
