convert GB ID or SPOT ID to gene symbol in plant platforms
Hi everyone,
In microarray analysis, some plant platforms such as Nimble gene, have SPOT ID or GB ID. In databases like David, most of plants GB ID don't convert to gene symbol, could you please introduce me a specialty website or a package to obtain gene list from GB ID or SPOT ID?
I would be very pleased if you could guide me.
