Problem with installation of msms
Hi, I want to extract information about the knobes and holes on the surface of proteins to check shape complementarity between them. I followed the steps specified in https://ssbio.readthedocs.io/en/latest/instructions/msms.html. All the commands executed with no error. But msms is not installed. Can someone help me

Which error message do you get? What happens, what doesn't?
It shows "msms: command not found"

That's a general problem, in which the executable is not in your $PATH, see also https://medium.com/@jalendport/what-exactly-is-your-shell-path-2f076f02deb4 (and other hits by google for the same error)
