Closed:Problem with bedtools subtract

Hi, sorry to bother you, I've been trying to subtract information from one vcf file to another, but when I ran my script:

bedtools subtract -a int_important.vcf -b nt_no-important.vcf -header >int_real-important.vcf

is the following error,

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::length_error'

what(): basic_string::assign

Aborted (core dumped)

someone could tell me what my mistake is and how to fix it, thank you
