How do I perform MSI detection on fastq format libraries?
I am a bachelor's student with a beginner level experience in Bioinformatics. As part of my B-tech project I have to detect Microsatellite Instabilty in Gastric Cancer libraries with Paired Normal and tumour sequences in fastq format. I have been reading about tools like MSISensor. Would really appreciate any help on how to go about it and use it.
