How to prepare "trait.csv" ("trait data") file for creating correlation network by WGCNA
i have just started co-expression network construction using WGCNA. I had downloaded microarray expression data from GEO database and pre-processed this data. this data consis 10 control sample and 21 cancer samples. my question is that how i can create clinicaltrait.txt file. this data is not time course data but from two conditions.
