Hello,

I've blasted human v-d-j sequences (fasta format) with igblast, using the -outfmt 7 options. There are several hits that are not showing up in the clonotype summary table. I've noticed that % identity is less than 100. Is that the reason? Is there a setting that I can change to include these in the summary table?
