FATAL ERROR Exhausted system memory (PLINK 1.07)

Hi everybody, I'm new with Plink tool and i've a problem. I have to work with a big file (making a pruning), but plink (1.07) gives me this error: "FATAL ERROR Exhausted system memory". How can i handle this? Thank's for your help (i'm using Windows).

For starters: switch to linux ;-) (which is perhaps not an option).

The only obvious solution here is to run it on a machine with more memory. Do you have access to such machine(s)?

I would recommend to use plink 1.9 as it is MUCH faster and handles big files better.

Unfortunaly i can't change my PC, but maybe using the 1.09 version will work. Still waiting for more advises. Thank's
