Alternative to mummerplot

Hi everyone,

I had troubles running mummerplot and I was wondering if there is any other program that works similar, i.e. it needs to show plot of already aligned sequences in mummer.

Maybe mummer alignment output could be parsed in some ways so you may have options to plot the results in R or something else. See this:
